An incredible Edwardian J Foot & Son mechanical oak framed library armchair.

An iconic design by one of the most fashionable London furniture makers of the period.
This highly sort after piece has been fully resorted back to the original condition. It has been professional reupholstered in a tanned leather - A close match to the original that found on the underside when carrying out the works.

Chair features:
The chair reclines at the push of the chromed button to the inside right armrest.
The chair has a built in pull out footrest with two scissor sections that allow it to be placed in many different positions for the perfect comfort.
The armrest can be lifted up and out to make two side tables for books / refreshments.
The chair and footrest all sit on the original wheels for easy movement around the home.

A highly desirable and sort after chair.

Original makes plaque to the rear still attached.

Condition - Very good useable condition with just minor scuffs to the oak frame.
One armrest is a little stiff to pull out to convert it to the side table, but is still easily useable - Just require a bit more force than the other armrest.

The condition is always described taking into account the age of the item. For example, is the item in a certain condition considering its 'x' amount of years old.

Mint - No damage, like new.

Excellent - No damage. Possibly some very light fading or light crazing.

Very good - No damage. Some fading, heavy crazing, foxing, etc.

Good - There may be some damage. However this will be either very small, difficult to see, hidden from sight or repaired.

Poor - Damaged. There will be something wrong with the item which may significantly effect the item use.

Very poor - Item is more or less unusable. Scrap.
